Research interests
Inter- and transdisciplinary research on adaptation of diverse agricultural systems under
climate change, i.e.:
- Climate change impacts on crop yields and environmental outcomes of
agricultural production - Constraints and trade-offs in agricultural adaptation
- Rural land use futures
- Land use change at forest-agriculture frontiers
- Smallholder cultivation systems in the (sub-)tropics
